Expand your operations in Technology Park
We invite companies, research and training centres to develop their operations in Technology Park (TP). TP provides territorial area, premises and services for high-tech companies and organizations that expand or start business in Ventspils city.
Due to high quality infrastructure and dedicated management work already in its first operational year TP accommodated some of the leading Engineering, Electronics and IT companies (including Siemens, Inspecta Latvia, Ventspils Elektronikas fabrika), as well as Ventspils University College Research and Engineering Centre with its state-of-art CAD/CAM, Rapid Prototyping laboratories and Optical inspection, Flying Probe and X-Ray equipment for quality testing of electronic products.
Activities of TP are based on design and building of qualitative industrial and office buildings, engineering communications and access roads. Every-day management of public utility and communication services is an integral part of the basic operations of TP.
TP is located in a dedicated area in Ventspils city provided with the best access to engineering communications and infrastructure necessary for high-tech production processes:
